can u install apps with ifunbox without having installous on ur ipod or do u need installous to install third party apps?

Installing apps for free that usually cost money is called piracy which is against the law (illegal). An exception would be if the developer made the paid app free on their own.

If you just jailbreak, then you didn't do anything wrong. If you steal an app that cost money, then you're breaking the law.
