Jailbreak/backup question

I have just JB my Iphone4 with pwnage tool and it has gone ok. I synced my iphone with itunes prior to JB. after JB i have restored my iphone to the last sync so all my apps/contacts etc move back on to the iphone.
Is there a way to store this particular file so if there are ever any problems in the future i can just go straight back to this file.

The only way to backup the jailbreak apps is to use an App called pkgbackup from Cydia, but its like 7 bucks and temperamental. If anything goes wrong, its best to just restore and rejailbreak.

sorry dont think i was clear. i want to keep my backup of the original iphone prior to JB saved so if i can revert back to it in the future if i decide to remove the JB.

Oh okay no problem. You can use the backup even if you are jailbroken to restore your device with. Just don't try to sync jailbroken apps if you synced them to itunes using app sync.
