Jailbreak before or after restore?

I just can't remember..

My phone is already jailbroken.. I just backed it up.

Should I restore and update to 3.0 through itunes and then jailbreak?

or just update through itunes with 3.0 before restoring then jailbreak..

OR just restore with no 3.0 downloaded and then jailbreak..


heh..
