Jailbreak...can it actually FIX your phone?

So, I've had problems with all 3 of my bluetooth headset devices constantly disconnecting...and also had pretty minimal reception (1 bar) at my house with my iPhone 4.
After jailbreaking recently, I noticed that I not only don't have the disconnect issues with my bluetooth headsets but I'm now getting 2-3 bars reception at my house.
Jailbreak has been very, very good to me...

It's not placebo for me, OP do you notice any speed differences over 3G and edge before and after the jailbreak? If not then nothing has really changed

I jailbreaked my iphone and seem to be getting more dates now.
