Jailbreak-can't select firmware from folder, only opens new folder

Trying to jailbreak my iphone. When I click on the reset firmware in the folder, it only opens it and never runs anything.

First off you should be posting in the iPhone hacks subforum. Secondly, your description is very ambiguous. What phone do you have? What firmware? How are you trying to jailbreak it?
