Jailbreak - Enable Multitask Gestures For iPhone?

So there's 3 options

[] Install Cydia
[] Install Custom bundle
[] Enable Multitask gestures

Right now I just have install cydia checked, willl multitask gestures work on my iphone 4 or not?

You have to manually enable them by editing a system file.

Only checked battery percentage and install Cydia when I did it a few months ago.
