This is completely different than the exploit he burned for 6.1.3-6.1.5. This is an iBoot exploit (but is not a bootrom exploit)
And I would love to see you develop a jailbreak if you're so unappreciative for those who actually do develop one

The person who released it. It's the reason he released it on 6.1.3 - otherwise it would be useless.

Well I did make a jailbreak for your information..And when I release it, you can't use it.
While I won't take anything away from sn0w, it is great and it should help the overall jailbreak community. But...
This iBoot isn't going to be made public, aside from maybe speeding up / helping the next jailbreak or possibly ios 8 jailbreak. 'We' won't really know any different. We won't have a jailbreak for 'life'. All I'm trying to say is....don't get too hyped up over this

Source please. Evad3rs claim he blew a big one. I'd believe them over him seeing as our A7 devices are jailbroken via them.
As someone with a three-month-old (AppleCare+ replacement) iPhone 4S he intends to keep for some time to come, this is awesome news. But I think people are underestimating the importance of this news for jail breaking in general. This iBoot exploit will guarantee jailbreak developers the ability to quickly jailbreak iOS 8 on A5 devices (we can be pretty sure iOS 8 will run on A5 devices) to look for userland vulnerabilities which will be applicable to all devices running iOS 8.
Incorrect. Pod2g claimed that he blew an old exploit because he was catching flak over the 'Taig' incident and he wanted to deflect some hate somewhere else.
It was already patched before he (ih8snow) released the 6.1.3 jailbreak.
Evad3rs themselves used 2 exploits and wasted them on iOS 7 instead of just using 1 which could have easily worked, so they're not in a position to talk.
i have no problem against you making a jailbreak and keeping it to yourself or from me. Though, I'm curious at how you would place a restriction on only me if you were to release it to the public
