That's not correct. All A4 devices are jailbroken because of the limerain exploit. In fact, it's already JBed with the iOS 6GM.
iPhone 4s the iPad 2-3 and new apple tv all present problems the previous models didn't. The limera1n explot only works on the A4 processor not the A5 for not the New A6.
