Jailbreak from 3.2.2 to new ios

I jailbreak my ipad with pwnage tool firmware 3.2.2 did the backup and custom, my question is this i would like to use the new ios 4.2.1 update but still stay jailbreak and have the use of folders and multitasking is this event possible? to have both worlds i only have WIFI so the iblever is really useful thanks in advance for your ideas
