Jailbreak has broken app store , iTunes store and iPod app

Strange problem.
I've used jailbreakme on my iPhone 4 since release. The only JB app I use is mywi to tether to my iPad.
I've had a problem with mywi crashing all over the place and rebooting my phone, however after a recent reboot my iPhone won't work properly in terms of some of it's native apps. The app store an iTunes store never connect (endless spinning circle), when I go to the store settings tab in settings, it always freezes the device, and when I go to the iPod app, it starts on a White screen, eventually displays my library but whenever i attempt to play anything it freezes my device (and doesn't play).

Any ideas what is going on? Honestly this is putting me off jailbreaking again. I can't do a restore as I'm away from home and so away from my mac and any backups of my iPhone.

Any suggestions?

I think you should delete MyWi for now, then HARD RESET your iPhone (hold down off and home until it turns off and restarts, then release).

Paid for, yes. Still tried to uninstall but makes no difference.
Any way of 'reinstalling' the app store and
iPod apps?
