iPad Jailbreak has disabled dictation microphone feature in keyboard for new iPad

I recently jail broke and the microphone keyboard dictation feature stopped working. I first added spite I hopes of getting Siri on the iPad and then a few other features like sbsettings and winter board and zephyr. Upon discovering the problem I went back into Chris and began deleting everything bit by bit beginning with Spite.

Can anyone help here? I know I can restore but that's gonna take so long, especially considering I'm not at my university fast wifi campus where I have hardly no Internet.

If you want to consider the restore route, then why don't you back it up to your computer?

Something in my own backup was killing split keyboard for me, and I restored about 3-4 times, and I thought it was some jailbreak tweak, but it was the absinthe itself. So I forgo the backup, and just went with a new setup. Just my experience with keyboard troubles.
