Jailbreak iOS 5.0.1 by using Redsnow

You would have to wait, since legal issues would have to be cleared for Siri on iPhone4, it would be hard to consider an imminent release of Siri ported for iPhone4 to be released. I'm sure it would eventually come out maybe illegally, at that point its your choice if you want to take the assume the risk for the benefit of having an extra function.
