Jailbreak iOS 9.3.3 (A9)

I have an 6s iOS 9.3.3. I have read the guide to jailbreak with pangu 9 (nvwaStone.ipa + cydia impactor). But does this tool work at 2020? At the official site there isn't the .ipa anymore. I found it at clarified.com. It's ok to continue?

Cydia Impactor only works now if you have a paid developer account.

Ok so I try to do with cydia impactor but I can't. Any alternative way?
