Can I know IPAD4 still available to jailbreak?

Which jailbreak tool to use and which IOS version is recommended?

I believe the iPad 4 is 32 bit.

What iOS are you on ?


Currently the new semi tethered JB is for 64 bit devices only running up to iOS 9.3.3
 
Yes, its 32 bit with IOS6 jailbroken.

Is that means there is no way to jailbreak now if I would like to update to IOS9?
 
No the current JB is for 64 bit only and as far as the chatter around it from pangu they are not going to release a 32 bit version.
