I have a week 19 iPhone 3GS, so it should be the old bootrom. Is there a way to jailbreak it on iOS 4.0?

I have no idea if it works... Can anyone confirm? Thanks.
It is intended for old bootrom 3GS that was jailbroken by anything but spirit.

If you are not in a rush, I guess its better to wait...

It probably works, just like the method I used to jailbreak my 3GS on 4.0 GM. But I wouldn't recommend it except to someone with lots of experience. Unless you understand what each step of that tutorial actually does, you should wait for the Dev-Team to release an updated PwnageTool. It will probably be a matter of days.

Well said.
Patience people.
