Jailbreak iPhone 4 - tethering

Hi, Soon I will be getting my iPhone 4. I want to setup my iPhone 4 so I can use as a router so I can tether to my iPad. So I will be needing to jailbreak the iPhone 4 to use MyWi.

I have purchased phone from Apple Store and will be using a Carphone Warehouse o2 HTC HD2 cut down sim.

Question 1: Can I use the iPhone 4 as a router without "jailbreak and installing MyWi"?

Question 2: Can I jailbreak the iPhone 4

Certainly you could of checked a couple of the other iPhone 4 threads to see the answer is no. And even if you could, MyWi still isn't working well under iOS 4.
