iPhone Jailbreak iPhone 5c restarting in safe mode.

I have a 5c running 7.0.4 that I bought from a resell store, didn't have an upgrade and had to get away from droid. The store jailbroke my phone for me before I left the store. Now I installed Zepplin and winter board and did all the changes i needed to do inside of cydia and it worked just fine. Now all of a sudden my phone has started to randomly restart and start up in to safe mode. Odd thing is I haven't installed any tweaks or anything from cydia in a while. What could be causing this? Should I restore my phone and re-jailbreak it?

Couple things I would do first if I were you:

1.) Go into cydia and make sure those packages are both up to date.
2.) Uninstall Zeppelin and see if the problem persists. If it does, uninstall winterboard and see if the problem persists
3a.) If packages are up to date and both these tweaks are uninstalled and you still have the issues, restore and rejailbreak using the latest version of the jailbreak tool.
3b.) If you uninstall the packages and the problem fixes itself, just don't install those packages again. Email the developer, and see if they publish an update in the future.

delete one by one from latest to oldest the tweaks/themes/etc until you find the culprit.

All things in cydia have been updated. The issue didn't start right after downloading either Zepplin or winter board, and it seems to happen kind of randomly.

Did you install any themes? and if so, are you sure that its for your ios version? How often did this happen? I had this happen a small handful of times and read posts by reputable members on this forum that this can happen occasionally. Reinstall cydia substrate, DO NOT REMOVE, just reinstall and restart your phone. If you can you might as well Restore your phone through itunes while you still can if this happens all the time. When this happened to me I thought I narrowed it down to 2-3 possible tweaks but it turned out to MAYBE be one of those apps and the problem hasn't happened in a long time. I can say for sure its most likely not zeppelin. Winterboard maybe if you have the wrong theme. But if this happened a small handful of times it might not be a big deal

I had the same issue on my 5s until I deleted the info.plist within the theme. You may check that out

never thought of that what made you do this. I noticed that I had resprings on a few themes which all had info.plist in them. when on the theme without it so far no problems

If you can't find what's causing it, I would restore before ios 7.0.4 stopped getting signed for a fresh start cause I have both of those installed and no resprings here.
