Jailbreak iPhone 6 Plus to Bypass iTunes

This is something I would have to think long and hard before doing, and don't know how to do it anyway right now, but I'd really like to be able to usb my phone to the laptop creating another drive to move songs, photos, vids.
Is this possible?

You don't have to jailbreak just to move your files on and off of the phone/iPad.
Tunes go by wonder share will do it just fine.

There used to be a hack that you could create a second fake partition
That worked as a USB stick. Afaik that hasn't been updated since various oses back.
You still wouldn't be able to play anything on it, since it was like a usb you could only hold info or play it off a computer.

PWNTunes will work for music
