Right so I've decided to go ahead and jailbreak my iP5.

I've turned my passcode off and quit itunes, I've also backed my phone up.

I've gone to this website, but what do I actually go to to start downloading the software?

Click the button that corresponds with your computer's software (Linux, Windows or Mac OS). That will start the download process for the Evasi0n tool.

Ah right thank you, the button wouldn't let me click unless I went just beneath it!

Actually, since reading iclarified I've been turned against it :eek:

It says it can permanently damage your device meaning it wont be compatible with certain future updates.

Not willing to do that.

That my friend is apple scaremongering.

If apple allowed their device not to be so sand boxed we would all be happier !!
