Is there an app from cydia that has a nice note taking apps? I prefer an app that can work with a Bluetooth keyboard and an app that looks and work something similar to Microsoft words .

Pages lets you use a bluetooth keyboard and looks very similar to MS Word

There's nothing in that list of requirements that requires the device be jailbroken, which also means you won't find such an app in Cydia, but rather the normal App Store
