i have already jailbroke my iphone and will do my wifes tonight. my question is that we share 1 itunes account, so when i buy an app she gets it for free. will this happen with jailbreak apps?? if i buy mywi can she get it on hers an no charge or does she need to buy it also?

i am pretty sure its per device when it comes to these jb apps. so she will need to purchase it on her own.

You are correct. JB apps have nothing to do with iTunes.
