Jailbreak on Mac, Sync on Windows?

I have a friend who wants me to unlock and jailbreak his 2G iPhone, but I have a Mac and he has a PC. After I jailbreak/unlock on my Mac, will he be able to sync the iPhone on his PC version of iTunes?

Yes.

Be sure he does a backup of his iPhone before you jailbreak and unlock it. Then all he has to do is a Restore, i.e., connect his iPhone to his iTunes, right click on the iPhone and select Restore (NOT a firmware restore).
