Jailbreak poll by pod2g

Not sure if this has been mentioned on the macrumors site, it's been going around elsewhere but pod2g has spoken about ETA on untethered iOS 5.1 jailbreak (spoiler: it's ages away).

He also made a poll on his blog asking whether dev teams should work on iOS 5.1 or just wait (and potentially save any exploits they have) until iOS 6 is available. See link

Whilst I'm not surprised by the poll result, it is disappointing that so many people care about a jailbreak for a camera button and other minor tweaks rather than being able to see the big picture. Feel free to discuss.

I actually want the jailbreak for iOS 5.1 because I am sick of waiting and we don't know if apple knows of the exploits in 5.1 and whether they will patch them.

I would prefer to have a 5.1 jailbreak now, just for the recently released Quasar for iPad, instead of waiting until fall to see if apple implement a better solution to multitasking.
