Ok, I have an IP4 and have Jailbroken my phone with Limera1n. I have gotten some great apps like MyWi and My3G, etc. How do I save them? What is in place to make sure I don't have to pay the $19.99 again if I have to restore my phone - or if I get a new phone, or something of the sort. Syncing with iTunes doens't save Cydia apps. How do you save these type apps?

You reinstall your paid apps via your Google or Amazon ID.
Buy PkgBackup to automate the reinstall of all Cydia apps.

And if you get a new phone, you can transfer the apps and the install to your new device.

You can also use a free app called AptBackup which will restore all of the apps but not their settings. I just used it to upgrade from 4.0.1 to 4.1 and it worked perfectly.
