I made a quick search on Cydia and didn't find what you need. I think you will have better luck searching on google for something.

I now about Dreamboard but It sometimes lags on my ipos touch 4th gen. and i would like to have a theme for winterboard so that i can change it to my liking and not drain my battery as much.
