I jailbreaked my ipod, but i had some problems with the apps and downloading etc. so i just decided to keep it in its normal, factory state by restoring my 8GB iPod Touch (1.1.4). I just wanted to know if my iPod is now completely cleared of any signs of jailbreaking and if my iPod is still under Apple's warranty and that my iPod should work like new?

it is cleared of any signs of jailbreaking and it will work like new. if Apple finds out you jailbroke it then it won't be under warranty but they won't find out unless you go in a apple store and tell them.

if you want to make doubly sure download ziphone and in advanced features (with the touch hucked up via usb) tell ziphone to stick the touch in dfu mode and restore this will completely wipe the device

Or instead of that, go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
this will completely clean it, so no trace is left
