jailbreak/unlock ios4 on 3gs with basebane 5.13.04

Is this possible? I have never unlocked/jailbreakon this iphone before....running ios4, and baseband : 5.13.04

Is it even possible at the moment? My buddy wants to use it on T-Mobile.
