Jailbreak with these applications

Heyy,

I'm looking to Jailbreak my current 1.1.4 (Jan s/w upgrade - paid) 16GB iPod Touch. I was wondering the best way to do it and which jailbreak version I should use to get these apps:
MXTube
IMGrab
PocketTouch
iSolitaire
Summerboard (not required but would be nice.)

So basically, what version should I jailbreak and how should I go about doing it from a 1.1.4 16GB iPod?
