Jailbreaked iPhone calls on it's own

I got a friend who I helped jailbreak with spirit, damn it wen fast from the old times when you jailbreak the iPhone

She now got problem that her iPhone has sent her self an text-message, she called her grandma without telling the iPhone to call her

I installed iBlackList, Iam thinking that might cause the problem, but I wonder if something smilier happened to any of you. with the iBlacklist and without it.

Anyone know how to fix the problem?
