Hey all.. I've been out of the jail breaking / unlocking iPhone scene for about 2 months and it seems like I'm a noob again!

To keep it short, I swapped out my iPhone 4 with another one which came preloaded with iOS 4 on 4.3.5 and baseband 04.10.01 and I cannot get the MMS working. I've followed NUMEROUS steps and just can't get it working.

That video gave the correct settings but since my phone isn't jail broken, it wouldn't be the same.

Again, not jail broken.. :(

I even followed those steps but it only allows me to send MMS but not receive. Anytime an incoming picture comes in, I get this message: The media content was not included due to a picture resolution or message size restriction.

I really didn't want to jail break the phone as I may sell it sometime soon, but it seems like the only option is to jail break it.

Which is the easiest way to jail break the OS on 4.3.5? I used RedSn0w last time after creating a custom ISPW and ended up messing it up somehow, lol!

I just need MMS working. Internet works fine, SMS works fine, sending MMS works fine but receiving displays that message.

If someone could give me the correct settings or the easiest way to jail break the 4.3.5, I would love you for eternity. :)

Try this (assuming your on T-Mo):
Tap on Settings -> General -> Network -> Cellular Data Network

Adjust the settings as follows:
Cellular Data APN: epc.t-mobile.com
MMS APN: wap.voicestream.com
MMSC http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
MMS Proxy 216.155.165.50:8080
MMS Max Message Size 1048576
MMS UA Prof URL http://www.apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf
Leave Username and Password empty

Save the settings and reboot your iPhone.

Thanks for the reply, kguerrero. I tried those and it still only sends the picture messages but doesn't receive. I attached a picture of what the message says no matter what settings I put in there. I'm not sure if jail breaking it and using the Cydia option will help or not.

Sorry for the editing / clarity if it shows up blurry.. it was done via my phone.
