I got an iPhone4 in this June in Japan and brought it to India. And as it was locked I tried:

this to jailbreak my iPhone. (My iphone version is 4.3.5) I successfully did it except that when I tried to download an app from Cydia the screen got stuck and an apple mark started appearing on the screen and I couldn't even do the DFU mode to recover it.

But fortunately a few days later I was able to restore my iPhone with iTunes. So I guess my iPhone's initialized and it's not even jailbroken anymore.

Now I get "No SIM card installed" screen and unable to activate it. It's not jailbroken for foreign SIM card to insert so if I try to jailbreak it again with that screen would it work??? Would i be able to jailbreak it & insert an Indian SIM card (like airtel)?

Please helpp thnx...
