iPhone Jailbreaking Noob Question - Can I downgrade iOS 6.1.3 to 6.1.2 without SHSH Blobs

So I have decided I would like to jailbreak my iPhone 4. Is it possible to downgrade to iOS 6.1.2 if I do not have a SHSH blob saved for 6.1.2? I have already wasted a lot of time this evening and any help would really be appreciated!

You can still jailbreak the iPhone 4 on 6.1.3. You just can't downgrade from there to 6.1.2 without blobs.

tethered, but you only need to tether if you run down teh battery completely or need a reboot for a cydia app install, most cydia apps only require a respring which doesn't need a tether

Yes, you can jailbreak it. Downgrade to 6.1.2 first using iFaith 1.5.8 to get past the SHSH problem.

If you are not on 6.1.2 you cannot get shsh's wit ifaith.
So no he cannot downgrade.
