iPhone Jailbreaking od unlocked iphone

Hi, I have an iPhone 5s that i got from Apple store in Mexico, i got it there because i needed an unlocked iPhone, but it didn't came unlocked, after 4 days of calling apple support, they got it unlocked, my question is if i Jailbreak it, do i risk loosing my unlock, because that would be a pain in the a.. i don't want to spend other week calling apple support, it stinks.
