I was wondering if someone could guide me on this. The problem is i got this iphone 4 with firmware version 4.3.1 and baseband 4.10.1. Now how should i proceed to sussessfully unlock and jailbreak my iphone 4, like to what firmware should i update to? Or make custom firmware? but with what IOS version Or should i just update to 5.1.1? also i understand you can do tether jailbreak on latest firmware but all i want is IOS 5 and unlock and untether if possible.
Note: the phone is at&t and it has cydia installed also it wont come out of safe mode. Plz help. Model: MC608LL
I just updated cydia for ghr first time in like 1 year and i see on top shsh blobs: 4.3.1, 4.3.3, 4.3.5, 5.1. Damn i dont see 5.0.1. Also cydia is asking me to update 2 packages called. Cydia installer and core utilities (/bin)
