Nope, none of those things are affected whatsoever so nothing to worry about! Signal, wifi connection, data connection etc. all the same Enjoy!

Does it actually void the warranty permanently? What if you restore your iPhone to factory settings before sending it for service?

All JB does is give you Root access.,,,does not affect and change the phone functionality by any way.

Note: Stuff YOU install after you are jailbroken, can indeed affect your phone, Signal, battery life, speed, etc.
