I jailbroke my 1.1.4 back in March, and I restored it in May and haven't re-jailbroken it (I am currently running UNJAILBROKEN 2.0, and have no intent of jailbreaking at all in the future). If my iPod broke under warrenty sometime in the near future, will Apple replace it (assuming they would normally), or will they be able to see that I hacked it at one point?

The only way they would know would be if they read this post.

lol, thanks :D

well there is one exception. If you did custom carrier text like I did then restored from a backup when you set up your ipod after restoring it will be pretty obvious it had been jailbroken at one point.

I had mine jailbroken from october until last week and when I installed 2.0. iTunes restored my custom carrier text from a backup.
