Does anyone know if the site http://www.officialiphoneunlock.co.uk/ is legit? or is it yet another scam. If it is, are there any good sites out there?

For iOS 6, the only legitimate site is evasi0n.com. Anything other than that are all phoney.

Unfortunately they only do up to 6.1.2.

Just so you know jailbreaking and unlocking are two totally different things.
