Should I jailbreak or not?

What are the advantages and disadvantages please?

To run two apps at once.

I was going to Jailbreak my Air 1 but it's already been updated to iOS 9.1 and currently the Jailbreak Tool is only good for up to iOS 9.0.x.

So if I upgrade to iOS 9.1 right now I can't go back to iOS 9.0.x ?
