Look into what jailbreaking does, search for people who have already asked this.

And yes, updates can happen if they choose to update their programs.

theres a V2 16gb touch? lol but yeah jailbreaking is very easy and can even do it with latest official update.

ziphone is a one click easy to use program and take like 2 mins to jailbreak.

when you are jailbroken you will have an application called installer, when there are updates you will see a number over the tab "updates" and you can then simply click on the button labeled update all and your bang up to date

yes, installer downloads apps off the net before it can install

Go to Settings -> WiFi and choose a network
