3GS- Should i update to 4.3.3 or wait until they release the patch for 4.2.1?

Is there any reason NOT to update? I plan to unlock the phone someday hopefully.

I've never heard anything about them releasing a patch for 4.2.1 but I could be wrong. I would just update to 4.3.3. It's a solid update.

If an unlock comes out, it will probably include all the current basebands that aren't already unlockable.
