Jailbreakme and Summerboard

Hi, I recently jailbroke my ipod, and i can install apps and everything, but when it comes to installing summerboard, it doesnt work. I have not done the Installer.app version, but i follow the instructions to do it manually on the apptapp site, but whenever i reboot my ipod it gets stuck on the apple logo, and nothing happens.

Ive tried this twice....any help or insight would be much appreciated

just use the one in the install.app

The version in installer.app will work with 1.1.1?
