jailbreakme.com 3.0 update problem

as you guys already know, jailbreakme.com has finally been updated. when i go to the website on my browser, it says 3.0

when i go to jailbreakme.com on my iphone it says 2.0 and says the latest release is 4.0.1

i tried clearing my history on my iphone and whatnot and still no help

What iOS are you on? If you are on 4.0.1 I assume it will let you jailbreak using the old exploit. The new exploit works only on 4.3.3 I'm pretty sure.

If you're using an iPhone 3Gs or iPhone 4, upgrade to 4.3.3 and see if that helps.

What device do you have? You need to upgrade to 4.3.3 if you have a 3GS or 4. It won't work on 4.0.2.

To insure that Jailbreakme works correctly, do a restore, not upgrade to 4.3.3 then visit JBM site.
For some reason, phones that are restored versus upgraded (end result is the same) have fewer issues with JBM 3.0
