Its been down for the third day in a row, anyone know whats up? The phone is a 3g, so I can change firmwares, but are there any 4.0.2 custom IPSWs around? I didn't see them on felixbrunes.de or modmyi. Basically the firmware doesn't matter, I just need to jailbreak and unlock this phone. Any tips? Thanks.

4.0.2 is not jailbreakable. Go to 4.1 or if you want to use jailbreakme.com downgrade to 4.0-4.0.1

Who cares about jailbreakme.com when 4.1 is jailbroken? Use pwnagetool, limera1n, greenpois0n or redsn0w instead.

Jailbreakme.com is down, if I upgrade to 4.1 then the baseband will be upgraded and I won't be able to unlock the phone anymore.
I actually found the 4.0.2 OS, upgrading right now.
What about the baseband?

Use Limerain or greenpoison. Or create a custom 4.1 with pwnage tool to preserve your baseband.

The phone was on 3.1.3 when I was trying to use jailbreakme.com. But that site doesn't even load on a computer anymore.
I just tested it now on my i4 and my computer and loaded fine on both.
Maybe something is blocking it on your end?
