Jailbreakme issue and advice

So i jailbroke my iphone using jailbreakme and it constantly kept freezing and getting stuck on boot logo, so i restored and re jailbroke and its still kind of doing the same thing? What could be wrong?

i would restore and then jailbreak with RedSnow to see if that fixes your issue then you will atleast know if its the device or jailbreakme.com

Jailbreakme.com is reported to be buggy. Restore with iTunes, jailbreak with Redsn0w.
