Looks like jailbreakme has had a massive update after the new influx of 1.1.3 users wanting to jailbreak. The updated AppSnapp:

Now automatically oktopreps your 1.1.1 installation, installs the latest Installer.app version (including community sources so you get the new modmyifone source), and cleans up after itself more thoroughly (.svn and youtube.zip files anyone?).

And no, it doesn't jailbreak 1.1.3 before anyone asks, it just improves the jailbreaking of 1.1.1

Although it sais it automatically OktoPreps, I tried running jailbreak.jar after upgrading to 1.1.2 but it came back with an error. I wonder why. Any suggestions?

I'm sure I alt (on a mac) updated but I'll give it another try.

Make sure you disable automatically syncing in iTunes preferences. If you sync, it breaks Oktoprep. Also, download the latest beta of iNdependence to kick your iPod out of restore mode after updating to 1.1.2.
