Jailbroke iPhone 4 restore failure - Need help

Jailbroke (tethered) my iPhone 4 Version 5.0.1 with Redsn0w 0.9.9b8 with 'iPhone3,1_5.0_9A334_Restore.ipsw'
My iPhone crashed, I turned off, when I boot using Redsn0w, it gets stuck on the Pineapple logo, I tried to re-jailbreak using the newest Redsn0w, doesn't work, Cannot restore with iTunes as I get errors 21, 1602 & 3194, how can I restore iPhone or manage to boot it successfully?
When i used Redsn0w 0.9.10b3, when the jailbreak process continues on the iPhone screen, it wont pass the pineapple logo or the screen with loads of writing on it

You can't restore to OS5. Just put it into DFU mode, restore with Itunes to bring it to 5.0.1, then jailbreak it with the latest redsn0w and you will have untethered jailbreak.
