I have a 2nd Generation, non MC model ipod touch... Its been jailbroken for a long time and i have it to have Multi-tasking enabled. I had it enabled since 4.0 and it worked great... The other week i decide i would upgraded to 4.2.1 and jailbreak it.... I did it but now it will only let me change into one app... If i try a second app my ipod freeze and then show the lock screen. I'm thinking it the Jailbroken... However everytime i try to do it redsnow freeze's so i can't really re- Jail break it...

Any Idea's?

Ok... But I have no idea on how to do that... So please tell.

The only thing I like about 4.2 is that my battery last longer than other 4.x and that it has game center. I dont care tho... Please tell me how to go back to 3.1.2

Issue has been addresses (read this tutorial): http://itsalltech.com/2010/12/10/ho...phone-3g-and-ipod-touch-2g-running-ios-4-2-1/

Go back to 3.1.2. 4.x does not run well on the 2g Touch.

That might have been the case with iOS 4, but since iOS 4.1, it's been pretty good.
