Jailbroken 3GS to 4S.... Question

Do I just plug 4s and restore using 3GS?

should I do anything before hand considering I have a lot of Jailbroken stuff? Like a list of things I had so when a JB ios5 comes out I can see what I want?

any suggestions? Thanks fellas
