Put ur iphone in dfu mode, and restore it using itunes.

Dfu Mode : Hold the power button for 3seconds, without leaving the power button hold the home and power buttons for 10-12 seconds, leave the power button and continue holding the home button until the iphone pops up in iTunes.

Do as the other poster said. For future note, Jailbreaking 101, NEVER select "Erase all content and settings" from the phone when jailbroken. It will always screw up the phone. Always restore it as new directly in iTunes.
