iPad Jailbroken iPad 2 Crashes Randomly

I have been having a strange problem with my jailbroken iPad 2 (iOS 5.0.1), where the OS crashes without any prior warning. For a split second, the screen flashes, a mishmash of screens from other open apps appear, and the device restarts, taking much longer than usual. The odd thing is that this has been happening more recently lately; now it's happening about once a day. Another odd thing is that it seems to happen around the same time of day, too: About 9-10 PM. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

It actually reboots rather than resprings? Possibly bad hardware.

Have you installed any new tweaks? First thing to try (after a hard reboot) is deleting the last thing you installed before the problem started.
